HU provides clients with Reiki Healing Therapy, which is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.

A 45-Minute Reiki Healing In-Person Or Virtual Session - $100

HU provides clients with Intuitive Energy Work Healing. A session may include Reiki, frequency healings, tuning fork, and Somato Emotional Release therapies. Each session features 45 minutes of healing and 15 minutes of discussion.

A 75-Minute Intuitive Energy In-Person or virtual session which includes 15-minutes of discussion - $150

HU provides clients with Cranial Sacral, which involves working with the cerebral spinal fluid to directly relax the cranial nervous system, helping with anxiety and other nervous issues.

Somato Emotional Release Therapy is a gentle practice which brings the subconscious to the conscious by allowing body movement and talk to help release emotion and trauma from the body.

A 60-Minute CS & SER In-Person Session - $125

HU provides clients with Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), which is a quick and accurate spiritual healing technique that helps you remove blocks that prevent you from living a happier life. SRT works on a spiritual level to help eliminate spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical challenges. Although a spiritual healing method it can enhance all areas of life.

SRT is a system of researching the subconscious mind and soul records to quickly find and release the discordant, limiting ideas and replace them with loving, supportive ideas and beliefs. SRT provides an exacting, powerful, virtually painless and accurate way of changing the landscape of our inner and outer lives, enabling us to live our lives more freely. This “research,” which is accomplished with the help of higher guidance (your “High Self”), includes finding past life energies, subconscious blocks, and negative soul programming. Once identified, these blocks and negative energies can be cleared from the subconscious, soul (Akashic) records, allowing you to heal yourself on all levels.
